Alessia Cara's singing style has been referred to as smooth blue-eyed soul with a silky voice. She began her career by singing acoustic covers on YouTube. She signed with EP Entertainment and Def Jam Recordings in 2015 at the age of 18.
Cara released her debut single "Here" through Def Jam in April 2015. It was called a "song for everyone who secretly hates parties" by MTV. The song debuted on The FADER and accumulated over 500,000 streams in its first week. Produced by Pop & Oak and Sebastian Kole, the song is her personal experience with going to a party before realizing how much she hated parties.
Her debut album Know-It-All was released on November 13, 2015

Kehlani - You should be here
Kehlani is an R&B singer-songwriter who is currently signed to Atlantic Records. She is originally from Oakland, California where she achieved initial fame as a member of the teen pop group, PopLyfe, which was a finalist on America's Got Talent. She released her first mixtape, Cloud 19, in 2014. The album was listed among Complex's "50 Best Albums of 2014". Kehlani's second mixtape, You Should Be Here, premiered at number 2 on the national R&B charts in 2015 and preceded her sold-out North American tour.
Bryson Tiller - Sorry Not Sorry
Bryson Tiller started receiving massive internet attention from music industry insiders with his breakout single "Dont", which he originally released on his SoundCloud page. Early co-signs from record producer Timbaland and Canadian rapper/singer Drake led to major label attention for Tiller, with him eventually choosing to sign a creative partnership with RCA Records. Announced on August 25, 2015, T R A P S O U L debuted at number 11 on the Billboard 200.
